In Burundi, Alongside Hope is supporting Village Health Works to produce peanut porridge locally. It is fortified with milk powder, oil and other nutrients and is a life-saving tool for treating malnutrition in children under five. The Magara Meza production facility will be running in 2026 and will reduce reliance on foreign supply chains.
