Alongside Hope has been providing grants of $5,000-$15,000 to organizations working with Indigenous people across Canada. Recent partners include the Mi’kmawey Debert Cultural Centre (returning and restoring artifacts held in the Smithsonian Institute), Firetalk, a mental health program for Indigenous Youth, and the South Okanagan Similkameen Métis Association in B.C., helping Métis reclaim their family ancestry.
